UCLA Background:  I have been a loan officer in the mortgage banking industry for over 20 years, and during that time, I’ve seen my share of ups and downs.  I have seen double digit interest rates, and I have seen the lowest rates in the last 50 years.  I’ve seen home prices fall, and I’ve seen the wildest home appreciation on record.  I’ve seen 75% of my clients secure 3-2-1 buy down loans in one market, 30 year fixed rate loans in a another market, and 5 year fixed, interest only loans, in yet a different market. 

We are presently in an environment of heavy regulation and it has never been harder to process loans or to give good customer service.  My job is not to over-promise service or under-quote rates.  Rather it is to communicate with my clients to make sure they understand the process, know their options, and have their loan close on time.

What does all this experience mean to you as a potential client? 

My education, background and length of time in real estate lending, allows me to bring a longer term perspective and viewpoint in addressing your specific needs.  I will never try to “sell” a certain program just because it is the latest rage.  I will always try to establish your objectives first, and then mention two or three options that address your needs.  In short, what might be the best program for you, might not the best program for my next client.  

My personal goal is to develop a relationship with you, through which I can provide a lifetime of information, service, and assistance for both you and the clients you refer to me.
