            Fidencio J. Vargas Jr. graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, and received a B.A. in Sociology.  Fidencio is a former Special Educator with the San Diego Unified School District.

 

Fidencio has provided all types of financing transactions and specializes in FHA, VA, CalHFA & CalSTRS Programs.  He will go to every length to help bridge the gap in financing to help 1st Time Homebuyers with any available grant monies and down-payment assistance.

            Fidencio takes great pride keeping his clients up-to-date at every step of the lending process from the beginning Pre-Approval stage to the closing of their loan.  He strives to ensure that all of his clients reach their mortgage banking goals. Fidencio is a great communicator and is always available to answer questions or explain any part of the lending process to further educate his clients.  He believes in establishing long-term relationships with his clients.
